About Canlead Solutions
Canlead Solutions is a Canadian not-for-profit organization and trusted provider of management and business support services for not-for-profit organizations across Canada. Since 2020, we have helped not-for-profits strengthen their sustainability, governance, and operational effectiveness through integrated management solutions, strategic insight, and experienced leadership.
Many not-for-profit organizations need strong financial, governance, operational, and strategic support but cannot sustainably build large administrative teams of their own. Canlead fills that gap by meeting organizations where they are, with hands-on and tailored support that scales from temporary capacity to executive leadership.
Each engagement is tailored to the client, drawing on our experience in:
· Financial Management
· Governance Management
· Program Management
· Organizational Sustainability and Strategic Advisory Services
Canlead wins on trust – clients stay with us because we understand their world and become part of their team.
Summary
Directors of the Canlead Solutions board are elected by the Canlead membership. Elected director terms are two years in length. Directors may serve on the Canlead board of directors for a maximum of 10 years. Directors support the work of Canlead and provide values-based leadership and strategic governance. While the day-to-day operations are led by the Canlead CEO, the board/CEO relationship is a partnership. The board members report to the Canlead Solutions Board Chair.
